Unable to establish BLE connection between solidrun and mobile nRF connect tool

Hi,
Am using bluez5.56 stack python test examples to establish BLE communication with mobile but am unable connect to the services of BLE in my mobile. Sometimes only it is connecting not all the time.
Can you please suggest any Bluetooth settings need to modify?
Thanks

Please provide logs from bluetoothd and the output of dmesg from a failed connection to help with debugging this. Thanks

Hi
Below is the log after executing the application.

if I send the data from the board over BLE it just gives the above exception after hi message and immediately I lose connection as well. I have checked with Android and ios mobile using the BLE scanner app.

The below log is the dmesg log for your reference
