is there a way to do some kind of hardware reset. The led which seems to show she the status isn´t shinning. I changes the dip switches for booting from sd-card. There is also no output on the serial terminal.

1: Is the switch on your power-supply switched on ? (I know, stupid question, but it happens for everyone).
2: Does the CPU-cooler fan spin up ?
3: If not, try with a different PSU, it may be that the board is not getting any power at all..
