USB C Console jack dismount

I rolled over the console cable with my office chair today. :man_facepalming: It was just enough strain to pull the USB C jack off of the board.

Could you please let me know the manufacturer and part number for the jack? I’ll order one and we can make the necessary repair. Looking at the board silkscreen, it appears to be part U2028/CON9.
