Unable to login into cubox m after serial connection

Hi,
I have established serial connection successfully but once it gives a prompt to enter “login:” I am not able to type anything. I can’t see any movements on my terminal.
Can you tell why is this happening and please suggest how can I enter the login username in cubox m and complete the setup process ?

You most likely have hardware flow control enabled in your terminal emulator. If you disable this then TX should work for you.
