USB boot delay

We have USB boot working, but during boot, it seems USB is detected with a delay of 30 seconds. Is this expected? example:

That seems longer than usual, but I also see that your specific drive is throwing a UAS error. I have seen other drives have issues with the Linux UAS driver, so please test by disabling UAS for your drive and see if it helps. This is well documented on the web on pages like, How to disable USB Attached Storage (UAS) - Leo's Notes
