Howdy, folks!
I have a shiny CN9132 which sports several M.2 PCIe ports. I see in this other post that another user had success with SATA PCIe M.2 drives, concluding abruptly that NVMe was, “the wrong” thing. Since both SATA and NVMe are protocols which run over PCIe, it doesn’t seem like this should be limited in HW.
I did see that NVME support is built into the default kernel as a module, which I ensured was loaded, but still don’t see anything.
Shouldn’t I expect to see this as a PCI device in lspci
, even if it’s not recognized as a storage device?
