HoneyComb LX2160A - DPDK not working

Hello,
I have a problem with making DPDK working on HoneyComb LX2160A platform.

I have dpmac.10/dpni.4 connected with fiber to the external switch. When dpni is in linux everything is ok. The link status on switch is up, I can see traffic incoming and outgoing on tcpdump.

After DPKD reconfiguration and running the dpdk-testpmd the dpmac status is up, the dpni status is up, the port 0 in dpdk-testpmd is up, but on the external switch the port is down.
When I try to send traffic all tx packets are dropped.

Can anybody could help me to solve it?
