Hi all looking for some guidance as to what GPU to pair with an LX2, looking for the fastest/most modern AMD (or is Nvidia now an option to ?) GPU or series of GPUs I can use without issues.
So after some searching should I go for a Nvidia RTX 2060 Super or a AMD RX 5700 ?
I have not tested either. I know that all the AMD GPUs after the Polaris have had issues loading the firmware in Linux. The 2060 should work, I have only personally tested the GT 1030 as I don’t see much benefit in running larger GPUs on the LX2160a due to the single core performance.
