# USB3.0 based camera stream is not working correctly on IMX8MP Humming Board Pulse with Kirkstone Build Image

Hello there,  
I’m working with Humming Board Pulse with Kirkstone Image, and I’m seeing that when I use USB3.0 Visible camera, then camera gets detected but while streaming the expected 30FPS stream drops down to 2-3 FPS. You can see the lag in the image stream.

But if you force connectivity to USB2.0 using external hub, then streaming happens correctly. But Not 30FPS for obvious reasons and limitations of USB2.0.

If I use Hardknott build image, then USB3.0 works correctly with 30FPS.

Can any one guild me through this.??

can you attach dmesg logs when using this camera? Thanks.
