# USB3\_0 as console

Hi,

I want USB3\_0 as serial console instead of UART2. Made USB3\_0 as peripheral mode instead host. And changed stdout-path = &USB3\_0 in dts file. But not working. Are there any changes i need to make apart from above.

This is possible, but requires quite a few changes to both u-boot, the kernel and the device-tree’s for both. I will need to test and document it.
