# Pulsating Fans

I have a Honeycomb LX2 that was previously working. After a number of months on the shelf I plugged it back in and the fans immediately spin up and pulsate precisely 13 times. Is there any indication of what the problem is why the unit will no longer boot?

Does anyone have any ideas on this?
