Sometimes, when our application crashes we get this errors on dmesg:

```auto
[815.098553] sfp sfp-1: failed to read SFP soft status: -EAGAIN
[815.098556] sfp sfp-1: failed to read SFP soft status: -EAGAIN
[815.098559] sfp sfp-1: failed to read SFP soft status: -EAGAIN
```

only power cycle repairs this issue, reboot from linux doesn’t work. Is this HW issue? How we can handle this from software side?
