reverting linux LSDK21.08 patches 9,10 and 11 resolves the RGMII / Cu interface issue for me. There’s probably some corresponding device tree patches which should also be reverted.

I concur with reverting kernel patches 9, 10 & 11. I now have pktgen that can tx & rx packets on any pair of dpmac.7 thru dpmac.10 using SFPs and a loop back cable.
Please test with the latest images built / patches pushed to the lx2160a_build repository. This issue should be resolved now.
